We are a specialist manufacturer of aftermarket fusing and laminating machine belts which we can produce to fit any kind of Meyer laminator or fusing equipment. We make all our product in our UK based facility to customer order all made from premium grade, high quality fabrics. PTFE (Teflon) coated glass cloth forms the main structure of the conveyor belt with an anti-static PTFE (Teflon) surface. We can construct any size of laminator or fusing PTFE belt to suit all machines currently on the market. The PTFE coating has a continuous service temperature of up to 260⁰C.
The belts are supplied with the ends prepared to be welded on site by the customer. The edges are reinforced and have eyelets down both edges to accept springs.
Techbelt manufacturers PTFE coated heat sealing bands that are specifically designed to be installed on your Fischbein heat sealing equipment. Please note that the products we manufacture are not genuine OEM parts and the reference to Fischbein is only there to inform you the type of machine our sealing band can be fitted to. The rotary bands are made by laminating 2 plies of special bronze coloured PTFE coated glass cloth materials together. This allows us to ensure the joint area has the same thickness as the rest of the belt. The benefit of this is that there will be no mark off on to the product when in contact with the joint. The special bronze bands have a modified surface that has been proven to offer extended life over standard bands. Most sealing bands on the market tend to be in brown which does not have the modified surface. These however are still very popular and something we produce in house.
Our sealing bands are made from high performance PTFE coated materials that are specifically designed in house. The belts are made to specifically fit your Bosch heat sealing machine. Please note that the products we manufacture are not genuine OEM parts. We only reference the brand Bosch as a way to inform you the machine make our sealing bands are suited for in terms of size and specification. Our rotary sealing bands are made by taking two plies of our special bronze coloured PTFE coated glass cloth and heat bonding them to create a double layer. The twin layer band means the joint area has a uniform thickness the same as the rest of the belt. The key advantage to this is that there will be no mark off on to the product when the joint area comes in to contact with the product being sealed. Our special bronze bands have a modified PTFE coated surface that has been extensively tested and proven to offer extended life over standard Tefsil 3 2 ply brown bands. Most of the rotary sealing bands on the market today tend to be in brown (Tefsil 3) which does not have the modified surface.

The non-stick conveyor belts we produce for Lawrence tortilla press machines are not genuine OEM parts but are aftermarket products that are made on a must fit basis. The conveyor belts we make are made using the highest quality materials available and offer high performance and long life. All the PTFE belts we manufacture to fit Lawrence tortilla press equipment are hand cut and made in our facility in the UK. We take special care and attention to the accuracy of the cutting and the application of the indexing strips. The joint is made from enduring Aramid (often known as Kevlar) which allows the pin to easily be inserted for fast on site installation.
The material we use is a 2 ply material that offers good dimensional stability. The top surface has cast film laminated to it to create a physical grease barrier for extended life. This is the same as you would find from a OEM supplied product.
